For the first time ever, Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) will organize the “Thailand Virtual Romance & Wedding Expo 2018”. The Virtual Expo is an online exhibition focusing on premium Romance and Wedding suppliers, the participants will meet travel professional in Romance and Wedding business from North America (estimate of 1,000 attendees). The business function will be interactive via a LIVE CHAT Seat is limited, first-come-first-served basis.

12 a.m.-3 a.m. (3 Hours)

The event will offer ;
1. One Virtual Booth with company logo.
2. Two delegates are allowed in each booth with one registered as a Full delegate and another as a Co-delegate.
3. The duration of the LIVE Expo is 3 hours. (12 a.m.-3 a.m. on 27 October, 2018)
4. Once buyers visit your booth, you can access to a list of approximately 200 buyers.
5. You may upload 10 files of collateral materails ; such as, LINKS, PDF, FLYERS and a maximum of 3 videos onto the virtual platform.
6. Upon completion of the Expo, all information shared on the platform will be accessible by buyers for 90 days. (Post-event)
7. All uploaded files must be done within 19 October, 2018. (Instructions will be advised on 10 October, 2018.)

Application Conditions
1. The reserved virtual space for the Thailand Virtual Romance and Wedding Expo
is for a maximum of 40 companies.
2. The Sellers will be those who specialize in Luxury, Weddings & Honeymoon, and Romance Business.
3. All sections of this application form must be completed.
4. The tourist business license or hotel business license is needed to submit for completing the application process before the status will be confirmed.
5. The application form is strictly treated on a first-come-first-served basis and will only be considered complete when the participation fee is paid.
6. Once you have paid the participation fee, please submit evidence of the payment to TAT by e-mail.
7. The application deadline is on 5 October, 2018. However, TAT reserves the right to end the application process when the space is fully booked.
8. No refund of the participation fees and no change of the participant’s name after 5 October, 2018.
9. Please note that the provided information will be treated as confidential and is used for internal reference ONLY.
10. Confirmation will be done via e-mail.

Company’s Booth/Display
Each booth can house its own set of videos, resources, and branding materials as follows:
1. 187 Pixel x 108 Pixel Logo or image that contains the name of the booth.
2. Up to 3 videos per booth;
• 5-minute limit per video
• Accepted formats: .avi., mov., mp4., wmv.
3. One brief paragraph of the description or welcome text.
4. Booth representatives for a LIVE CHAT.
• 10 MB limit per file
