What currency is used in Thailand and does the exchange accept foreign currencies?

The Thai currency is called a Baht (THB) and 100 Satang equals to 1 THB. There are banks and currency exchange located around the tourist destinations and attractions. These are a trustworthy source and the exchange rates are regularly changed depending on the international exchange value. There are ATM machine around the country which provides withdrawal for credit cards.

Is it difficult to transfer payment to the banks in Thailand?

There are 17 Thai local and commercial banks and 15 foreign banks with their branches in Bangkok.  International wire is not a difficult process and bank transfer fees can be minimised if the foreign and local banks has a matching transaction network.  Overseas bank need to have the SWIFT code of the bank in Thailand for the transaction process.
